My Sundays Blessing – Tamarama in the AM

Feeling well worked after a day of training and raring to go again for Day 2, Level 2 Kettle Bells.  The morning begins with Yoga, Meditation, Swim, Breakfast, in that order.  It is slightly milder in the sunshine than yesterday however the sun still has a bite to it.

Salt Water is such a blessing for sore muscles and the temperature is perfect on this particular Sunday morning.

Level 2 Kettle Bell Workshop – a Day of intense training.

So my lunch box today has plenty of nuts & seeds, apple, carrot and celery sticks.

Dried Apricots prove to be a great afternoon boost and provide a great source of energy and they are also a good source of potassium and Vitamin A, & iron. Once again, everything in moderation and balance is key.  This means a serving of a few as opposed to a bag will do.
