As much as the Silly Season is without a doubt a lot of fun, there comes a time when the New Year hits, there are goals to smash and our bodies are screaming for some sort of balance and order.  Symptoms of silly season overload include:  fatigue, poor concentration, weight gain, memory loss, low immunity, googling holiday destinations at work, feeling generally unmotivated and dreaming of a way to intravenously inject caffeine hits to stay awake.

February being the shortest month of the year is an excellent time to set yourself the challenge to clean up your act and set yourself up for a great year.  I have chosen to write a blog on my detox experience to firstly keep myself motivated and hopefully bring some light entertainment to anyone following the journey (though I can’t promise the latter).

So pick up that ice cold Green Tea and enjoy the read.
